Purchase UNO Parking Permits Online | MavPark
To purchase UNO parking permits, visit MavPark, our online portal. You will need your license plate state and number, as well as your vehicle make, model, and color.
New Nebraska Plates? Please Contact Us
UNO uses your license plate state and number as your virtual permit. The state of Nebraska has began issuing new plates this year with most people being assigned different plate numbers. Without having the new plate number updated in Parking and Transit Services system, you may receive a citation. Please reach out to us at 402.554.7275 or unoparking@unomaha.edu if you have recently changed your plates, or if you have recently changed your plates and received a citation for No Valid Permit, so we can get everything updated.
Did You Know? | Excluded Area Enforcement
Excluded areas on campus are pay-to-park locations (Lots A, C and the seven (7) designated spaces in M), ADA spaces (prohibited to those without a ADA permit), reserved spaces, loading zones, motorcycle areas, carpool spaces, compact stalls, visitor spaces, EV charging spaces, driveways, drive aisles, and fire lanes. Excluded areas are enforced 24/7.
Even during open-parking and valid-permit parking, when we are not in regular enforcement, these stalls are still enforced 24/7.
However, during open-parking -not valid-permit parking or regular enforcement- pay-to-park stalls in Lots A, C and the seven (7) designated spaces in M are only enforced for time limits and not purchased time, i.e. you do not have to pay for those spaces during open-parking, but you are limited to two (2) hours of time in those spaces during open-parking.
Visit our Parking Enforcement Schedule to see the descriptions of the different types of enforcement and a calendar of when they are applied. As always, please reach out to unoparking@unomaha.edu or call 402.554.7275 with your questions.
