Welcome to the University of Nebraska at Omaha! Our campus hosts hundreds of visitors on campus each day, and we want to make your visit a pleasant and productive one.

Visitor Parking at UNO

Visitor parking is available across both Dodge and Scott Campuses.

Short-Term Visitor Parking

The following are designated parking areas on campus where visitors can use the Park Omaha App for up to two-hours of parking on campus.

Lot A, located north of Kayser Hall, has a 2 hour maximum that cannot be extended. It is available 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday-Friday.

Lot C, located north of the Milo Bail Student Center, has a 2 hour maximum that cannot be extended. It is available 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday-Friday.

Lot M, located south of the Criss Library, has 7 designated spaces next to the Community Engagement Center, with a 2 hour maximum that cannot be extended. It is available 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday-Friday.

Daily & Hourly Visitor Parking

The following are daily and hourly visitor parking options available at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Visitor 1-Day permit. Fee $4.00.

Can be purchased online via the MavPark portal or in-person at the UNO Parking and Transit Services office. These permits are valid in Faculty/Staff and Student Surface Lots, East Parking Garage, Pacific Parking Garage, and West Parking Garage.

Pay Station Kiosk pay-to-park. Fee $1.00/hour up to $4.00/day.

Kiosk time is valid in the East Garage (After 12:30 P.M.), Pacific Parking Garage, West Parking Garage, and Lot 5. The kiosk in the East Parking Garage is located in the northwest corner of Level 1, the lowest level, by the stairwell.

Park Omaha app. Fee $1.00/hour up to $4.00/day.

Park Omaha time is valid in the East Parking Garage (After 12:30 P.M.), Pacific Parking Garage, and West Street Garage. Each Garage has a unique Park Omaha zone which has a different code indicated by posted signage.

Time Restricted Visitor Lots

Time-restricted, visitor-only lots are available at University Village and Scott Village Clubhouses and PKI (Lot 3). No permit is required.

Timed Loading Zones, Reserved Stalls, and ADA Spaces

Timed loading zone spaces are available throughout the campus and are enforced 24/7. These spaces do not require a permit.

A UNO permit, in addition to a state-issued ADA permit, is required for parking in ADA accessible spaces.

Reserved spaces, ADA spaces (which require both a UNO permit and a state-issued permit), motorcycle areas, carpool spaces, visitor spaces, compact spaces, and EV charging stations are all enforced 24/7.

Please also note that parking in fire lanes and drive aisles is prohibited at all times.

Long-Term Visitor Parking Permits

Visitors with long-term permits (monthly, semester, or annual) are allowed to park in anu general-use space in any faculty/staff or student surface lot, as well as in the East, Pacific, and West Parking Garages.
