Last October, it was announced that UNO and UNMC would begin offering joint mail service operations.
As part of the new joint operation, the instructions for how to submit or request surplus property have changed.
Submitting Surplus Property
In order to submit surplus property, individuals must have access to the University of Nebraska eShop through Firefly. Additional information about obtaining access to the eShop can be found on the UNO Accounting Services website.
Individuals who have eShop access can use the Surplus Property Pickup Form. Instructions for using the form can be found online.
Requesting Surplus Property
Access to surplus items from UNO and UNMC may be available for departments at little to no cost. Those inquiring about what property is available, please call 402.559.5895 or email Jack Swanson at email@example.com.
Additional information about surplus or other mail service operations can also be found online or by calling 402.559.5895.
