Original Diplomas
When completing your application for degree, you will be asked to provide your name as you wish it engraved on your diploma. UNO reserves the right to review and deny any request deemed inappropriate.
Middle Names
You may opt to include a middle name or middle initial on the diploma.
Digital Diplomas
Starting with Fall 2016 graduates, the University of Nebraska at Omaha teamed up with our vendor Parchment to provide a digital version of your diploma. Learn about digital diplomas
Graduates can login to their Parchment account at any time to share their diploma again and again.

Replacement Diplomas
If your diploma is issued with errors, please contact the Office of the University Registrar within two weeks of receiving your diploma. The original diploma must be returned before the reprinted one is sent out.
Duplicate Diplomas
Duplicate diplomas can be reissued for a $30.00 fee. Please complete the Duplicate Diploma Request Form and submit it to the Office of the University Registrar.
If your request is due to a name change, please also include a Change of Personal Information Form along with the Duplicate Diploma Request Form.
Please allow 3-5 weeks for processing and delivery.
All diplomas are issued with current University of Nebraska signatures.
