At UNO, faculty excellence is recognized with several awards that celebrate outstanding contributions to the university community through teaching, research and creative activity, service learning, community and global engagement, and graduate mentorship. Consider nominating a colleague whose achievements exemplify sustained excellence for one of the following campus awards including a new award opportunity for part-time faculty:
- Excellence in Teaching Award
- Excellence in Part-Time Teaching Award (NEW!)
- Distinguished Research or Creative Activity Award
- Faculty Service Learning Award
- Faculty Excellence in Engagement Award
- Outstanding Graduate Mentor Award
Nomination forms are due March 1 – complete nomination information is available on the Academic Affairs Faculty Awards website.
