The Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of Gender Equity awards will be presented at the Legendary Leaders Awards Luncheon; deadline for nominations is Jan. 18.
About the Awards
Consider nominating a person/organization for one of the following Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of Gender Equity (CCSGE) awards:
CCSGE Outstanding Achievement Award
Recognizes UNO faculty or staff that have advanced women’s and/or gender equity issues.
Recognizes a non-profit organization or exemplary individual with a connection to UNO that have advanced women’s and/or gender equity issues.
CCSGE Undergraduate Student Scholarship
Awards $500 to a current UNO undergraduate student who is making a contribution or bringing attention to gender equity issues.
Nomination Deadline
All nominations must be submitted by Monday, Jan. 18, 2021.
Awards Presentation
Awards will be presented at a Virtual Legendary Leaders Awards Luncheon to be hosted on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. More information about the luncheon will be shared at a later date.
