To better align with other campus services, the UNO Help Desk will now be known as the MavTECH Help Center.
MavTECH, part of the University of Nebraska’s Information Technology Services, can assist with a variety of issues, including, but not limited to, claiming accounts, password assistance and technical support for campus services. MavTECH also provides phone & email support, as well as offers a check-out program, so students, faculty and staff can always have access to technology.
MavTECH services are available to all UNO students, faculty and staff. During the 2018-19 school year, the Help Desk received more than 16,500 phone calls and had more than 14,000 in-person visits.For MavTECH support, call 402.554.4357 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
