Flag Lowering for Bobbie Everett
The UNO flag will be lowered on Thursday, Nov. 12, in honor of UNO retiree Bobbie Everett, who passed away on Aug. 25, at the age of 95.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered Thursday, Nov. 12, in memory of UNO retiree Roberta (Bobbie) Everett.
Bobbie passed away on Aug. 25, 2020, and was 95 at the time of her passing.
As an administrative assistant for the Department of English and Department of Music (now the School of Music), Bobbie was employed by UNO from 1974 until her retirement in 1988.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband Robert; she is survived by her children Patty (Chuck) and Mick (Pam); eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
The thoughts and condolences of the university community are with Bobbie’s loved ones during this difficult time.
