Homecoming is a time when universities welcome alumni to 'come home' to their alma mater and be engaged with campus - at UNO that's no different. Lee Denker, executive director of UNO Alumni Engagement, joins Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D., to speak about Homecoming and other engagement opportunities. Learn more at unoalumni.org.
Alumni are encouraged to participate in many Homecoming events, one of those being "The Most Spirited Lil' Mav" contest. Alumni can submit photos of their children or grandchildren sporting UNO apparel. The winner will get to ride in the Homecoming Parade, Saturday, Oct. 12.
The Homecoming parade goes through Aksarben Village Saturday, Oct. 12 followed by a hockey game at Baxter Arena that evening.
