South Weight Room Closed for Updates
H&K's South Weight Room will be closed for updates starting Dec. 14.

The South Weight Room will be closed starting Thursday, Dec. 14 at 12:00 P.M. Additions to this space include, upgraded flooring to allow olympic lifts and dumbbell use in this area. The floor will also be branded with 8 UNO “O’s”. This project may last about 10 days.
In the meantime, check out the North Weight Room which was updated Friday, Dec. 8. Several new stations and machines have been added to accommodate a higher number of guests.
