During the first round of auditions, students must sing 3 - 5 pieces from memory, depending on their category level. Students that receive an average score of 90 or above advance to the semi-final round. UNO semi-finalists were: Elijah Brown, Gina Comstock, Melissa Comstock, Marcel Daly, Jessica Gammons, James Hardin, Hannah Rembert, Jamie Linh Tran, and Kiara Walker.
Five singers in each category advance to the finals round and compete for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places and honorable mention. UNO finalists were:
- Elijah Brown - 3rd place, Upper Collegiate Classical Men (Senior)
- Gina Comstock - 1st place, Lower Collegiate Classical Women (Sophomore)
- Melissa Comstock - 1st place, Upper Collegiate Classical Women (Junior)
- Marcel Daly - 1st place, Upper Collegiate Musical Theatre Men
