UNO Names Arcides Cabrera December's Employee of the Month

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) recently selected Arcides Cabrera as Employee of the Month for December. A Custodian in Facilities Management, Arcides was nominated for his friendliness and strong work ethic.
His nominators said, “Arcides is well liked in any building that he is assigned to work. Presently he is assigned to Roskens Hall and everyone in the building loves his work and cheerfulness.”

They continue, “Arcides knows what is expected of him. He does his work very well. He knows his job and does it with appreciation.”
As Employee of the Month, Arcides will receive a certificate, lapel pin, choice of cup, monetary award, and use of a parking space. He also will get a portrait with the chancellor and a letter of congratulations.
About UNO's Employee of the Month Program
Human Resources announced the updated Employee of the Month – “Oh” Award for “Oh, what a difference you make!” – program for UNO staff members.
