Our Mission at CBA: The pursuit of diversity, equity, inclusivity is crucial to the current and future success of the College of Business Administration.
Therefore, we vow to create a culture of inclusivity; to attract and retain a more diverse faculty, staff, and student body; and to address diversity, equity, accessibility and inclusion through our policies and procedures, while championing these initiatives on the UNO campus and within the Greater Omaha area.
CBA Dean's DEAI Advisory Council
This Council advises the Dean on matters related to diversity, equity, access, and inclusion brought to it by the Dean, faculty, staff, students, or outside entities.
It is the responsibility of this Council to review and evaluate the progress of diversity, equity, access, and inclusion policies, processes, and activities in the College and provide appropriate feedback and suggestions to the Dean.
