We are Committed to Inclusion at the College of Business Administration.

Our Mission at CBA: The pursuit of diversity, equity, and inclusivity are crucial to the current and future success of the College of Business Administration.

Therefore, we vow to:

  • create a culture of inclusivity;
  • attract and retain a more diverse faculty, staff, and student body; and
  • address diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion through our policies and procedures, while championing these initiatives on the UNO campus and within the Greater Omaha area.


CBA Dean's DEAI Advisory Council

This council advises the dean on matters related to diversity, equity, access, and inclusion brought to it by the dean, faculty, staff, students, or outside entities.

It is the responsibility of this council to review and evaluate the progress of diversity, equity, access, and inclusion policies, processes, and activities in the college and provide appropriate feedback and suggestions to the Dean.

The NU Diversity Dashboard report provides an overview of the composition of the faculty, staff, and student body. It includes gender and ethnicity data—as well as breakdowns by faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students, and trends from 2012 to the present.
