The complex and rapidly changing nature of real estate markets requires that the public and private sectors have access to timely, objective, state-of-the-art research and market analyses of local real estate issues and trends, along with high-quality and innovative education and outreach programs tied to the needs of Nebraska's real estate market. The center was established in June 2015 to meet these needs.
