Health & fitness programs offer the opportunity to exercise and play at your own leisure. Choose from many free group exercise classes, personal training, massage, martial arts, and many more of the classes, services, and programs that Campus Recreation has to offer. 

Group Exercise (Group Ex)

Group Ex classes offer a wide variety of workouts and intensity levels to help you reach your fitness goals.

Instructional Programs

Learn a new skill or improve a current one with professional guidance in instructional programs.


Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) offer a variety of techniques beneficial to specific areas of the body.

Personal Training

With certified personal trainers on staff, you will receive one–on–one individual attention where you can learn proper weight lifting techniques and get more out of your workout.

Golf & Archery Lab

Fine tune your archery skills or your golf game with our FREE golf and archery lab.

Mindfulness Space

The mindfulness space is intended to help people bring a greater sense of calm and health to body, mind and spirit.
