Scheduling Your Personal Training Sessions
To schedule an appointment stop by Wellness Center to pay for your session(s) and submit your paperwork. We will match you with a trainer based on their availability, your needs and availability, and gender preference. Your trainer will contact you to set up your first appointment.
Each of our Personal Trainers has an extensive background in fitness, exercise and wellness. All trainers are nationally certified and hand picked by the School of H&K and Campus Recreation.
Most of the Trainers are studying Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Athletic Training or a related field.
Personal Training Pricing
*Intended for those looking for shorter, more intense training's.

One hour assessments can be purchased for $40/Student and $50/Member.
Assessments must be purchased before sessions can begin.
Purchase 10 sessions and receive one for FREE. Schedule a FREE consultation during your birthday month (must show valid ID).
