Scheduling Your Personal Training Sessions
To schedule an appointment stop by Wellness Center to pay for your session(s) and submit your paperwork. We will match you with a trainer based on their availability, your needs and availability, and gender preference. Your trainer will contact you to set up your first appointment.

Personal Trainers
Each of our Personal Trainers has an extensive background in fitness, exercise, and wellness. All trainers are nationally certified and handpicked by the School of H&K and Campus Recreation.
Most of the Trainers are studying Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Athletic Training or a related field.

Jump Start –Personal Training Extension
Feeling unmotivated? Need a push to help get started? Try Jump Start! Jump Start is a 1 on 1 personal training consultation, designed to help develop a personalized program for the individual. One purchase guarantees a 1-hour consultation with one of UNO’s personal trainers.
Some of the things that can be discussed during the consultation are:

Small Group Training
Six Week Small Group Training
This program will be offered to a small group (less than 10) for the last six weeks. Learn exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Kettlebell Swings, and many more functional exercises in this six-week Small Group Training class.
Attending these classes will increase strength and help increase confidence in exercises. Classes will focus on strength training and short circuits. All classes meet in the North Fitness Center.
Cost: This training will cost $60 and is only available to UNO students and Campus Rec members on a first-come, first-served basis.
