Small Group Training
SIX WEEK SMALL GROUP TRAINING This program will be offered to a small group (less than 10) and last six weeks. Learn exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Kettlebell Swings and many more functional exercises in this six week Small Group Training class. Attending these classes will increase strength and help increase confidence in exercises. Classes will focus on strength training and short circuits. All classes meet in the North Fitness Center and begin promptly at 12 P.M. (afternoon class 12-1PM on Tues & Fri) and 5 P.M. (Evening class 5-6PM Mon & Wed) Cost: This training will cost $60 and is only available to UNO students and Campus Rec members on a first come, first served basis.
