William Kramer, Ph. D., assistant professor of psychology, answers: "What can teams do now to improve virtual teamwork?"
An expert in industrial and organizational psychology, Kramer's research focuses on examining teams in unique contexts, the impact of national culture on team processes, team adaptation to unexpected events, and leadership emergence. He has co-authored over 10 peer reviewed publications and over 60 presentations, as well as serves as a reviewer for multiple journals including Small Group Research, Organizational Psychology Review, Human Resource Management Review, and International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management.
