UNO offers a wide range of scholarship programs to first-year students and upper-class students already in attendance.

UNO Scholarships

Merit and/or financial need scholarships offered through the University of Nebraska at Omaha have special eligibility criteria and may require the applicant to submit an application via MavLINK.

Current or Transfer Students

View current scholarship opportunities and submit an application via MavLINK by March 1.

First-Year Students

Graduating high school seniors should submit (1) an Application for Admission by February 1st, (2) ACT/SAT scores through the February test date of their senior year, and (3) a FAFSA form.

Outside Scholarships

Privately funded with separate applications external to UNO. Find out how to process outside scholarship checks.

Submit your application materials directly to the awarding organization and meet all their requirements and deadlines. Some organization, not expressly endorsed by UNO, include,
