Online Permit Pre-order Dates on MavPark

Authorized Faculty/Staff members and Students may purchase one (1) permit according to the fee schedule above. Individuals purchasing a parking permit will receive a transferable permit only.
Faculty/Staff must clear all outstanding violations prior to a new permit being issued.
Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a place to park.
To obtain parking garage access, you must first purchase a valid annual UNO parking garage access permit and have a MavCard.
Access will be granted on a first come first serve basis. If you purchase a garage access permit, you can only park in the garage you purchased access to on the Dodge campus until 7 p.m. Garage access permits can park on Pacific and Center campuses in the appropriate lots at any time.
Access to a garage does not guarantee a place to park.
Night Only garage access permits allow entry into the Parking Garage/Lot after 2:30 p.m.
Access to the East Parking Garage, without a permit, will be allowed by use of an entry fee of $2.00 after 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A. All expired permits should be removed from the vehicle and destroyed prior to affixing any current permit.
B. Valid parking permit consists of a transferable hanger permit (hanger). The hanger shall be displayed by attaching it to the vehicle's rearview mirror support bracket. The hanger shall be visible from the outside of the vehicle at ALL TIMES while parked on campus. Failure to display a permit will result in a No Valid Parking Permit violation.

Permits may be switched from car to car without obtaining a replacement when you sell or trade vehicles.
Should the permit be destroyed or for some reason unobtainable, the permit holder will be required to purchase a replacement permit for $25.

Handicap Parking Permits may be purchased by individuals with existing physical disabilities, which present mobility limitations, and/or mobility disabilities.
Individuals with a valid State Handicap permit must purchase a valid UNO parking permit. A valid State Handicap permit AND a valid UNO parking permit must be displayed when parking in handicap parking spaces.
Individuals with short-term Handicap parking needs should contact Parking Services and a Handicap Parking permit for the necessary period of time may be issued for a fee, if applicable.
Vehicles bearing Handicap Permits may park in any stall designated for Handicap parking. If no Handicap stall is available, vehicles bearing Handicap Permits may park in any Faculty/Staff or Student lot where the stall is not specifically reserved or assigned.
Loading and unloading only (10 minute limit) of handicap persons reserved at the Northwest corner of the Eppley Administration Building. Unauthorized vehicles parked in these areas will be towed without further notice.
Handicap parking spaces are restricted to authorized vehicles 24 hours daily. Unauthorized vehicles will be subject to a violation and/or may be towed, without further notice, at the owner/operator’s expense.
Designated handicap pedestrian access crossings are designated with international handicap blue colored curbs. Vehicles blocking handicap pedestrian access routes will be subject to a violation and/or may be towed, without further notice, at the owner/operator’s expense.

Faculty,Staff and Students may obtain one Temporary Parking Permit at Parking Services (EAB 107) for 1-2 days, free of charge. To get a Temporary Permit call 554-7275 or visit EAB 107.
Individuals (Faculty/Staff, Students), who have not purchased a parking permit of any type, are allowed to purchase one (1) temporary parking permit over 1-2 days per academic year. Thereafter, the individual is required to purchase a semester or annual parking permit.Up to Top
To obtain a refund bring the Parking Permit to Eppley Adminstration Building Room 107.
If any tickets are outstanding on an account in which a permit refund is issued, the refund will be applied to any outstanding tickets.
FACULTY/STAFF
Reserved permit fee refunds: Refunds for annual Reserved parking permits, except those purchased through the payroll deduction plan, will be made for each month the reserved permit remains valid.
Faculty/Staff permit fee refunds: Refunds for annual Faculty/Staff parking permits, except those purchased through the payroll deduction plan, will be made for each month the annual permit remains valid.
STUDENT AND G.T.A.
Student and G.T.A. permit fee refunds, for permits purchased on or before the first day of each semester, will be made within the first week of the effective date of the permit for 100% of the original fee, second week at a ratio of 75% of the original fee. The third week will be a refund of 50% of the original fee, followed by a 25% refund of the original fee after the fourth week. No refunds will be given after 4 weeks following purchase.
Student and G.T.A. permit fee refunds, for permits purchased mid-semester, will be made within the first two weeks of the date of purchase for 100% of the purchase price.
**If a permit/violation payment is made by check, a refund will not be issued within seven days from the date of payment.
