Throwback Thursday: UNO Theatre

We'll share a vintage University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO) photo each Thursday on our homepage as part of the popular "Throwback Thursday."

Check back each week for a photo celebrating UNO's history, and to learn more about what's happening on campus and in our community, and future plans for the university.

This week's Throwback Thursday photo features a photo of actors in a Omaha University (now UNO) Theatre production "Life with Father" in November of 1961.

About the Festival

A celebration of all things that make UNO Theatre so vital. We have invited alumni and seasoned professionals to work with our students in the development of extraordinary theatre.

You will see spoken word and slam poetry, movement pieces derived from the Commedia Dell'Arte by Angela Horchem and Mixed Tape, staged musical reviews and a play by contemporary female playwright, Heather Raffo.

Each performance of the musical reviews will highlight some of your favorite UNO Theatre graduates back to our stage. Design students and faculty will have their work on display. This multi-night event will be sure to please.
