Flag Lowering for Gordon Hansen

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Friday, Feb. 23, in memory of Gordon Hansen, who recently passed away.

Gordon started his career at UNO on Sept. 1, 1963, and retired from his position in the Department of Psychology on June 1, 1989.

He is survived by his wife Shirley, son Mark Steven Landon, as well as 9 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

No service or memorial is scheduled at this time.

The thoughts and condolences of the university community are with Gordon’s loved ones during this time.
