What to expect when using the Workout Facility
- Please ask the Weight Room Supervisor any questions regarding the fitness area.
- Wash Hands for 20 seconds using soap and water before entering and after leaving the fitness area.
- Complete all sets and reps before moving to different stations. Avoid doing supersets in that you would move to a new station.
- Please spray and wipe down equipment before and after use.
- Any questions can be directed to current staff members.
What to expect when using the Climbing Wall
- Wash hands using soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer before entering and after leaving the Climbing Wall.
- Climbing shoes are available for check out and must be worn inside the Climbing Wall.
- Clean gym shoes are allowed on the wall. They must never have been used outside and the soles must be disinfected before they are used on the wall.
