Virtual Support Hour

Every Other Wednesday | Noon - 1 P.M. | Zoom

CAPS Virtual Support Hour is a free Zoom meeting for the UNO Community. Students are invited to join as CAPS counselors share resilience tips, listen, and encourage connection.

Clinical Support Group for Survivors of Sexual Assault

This eight-week therapeutic group is for survivors of sexual violence and requires a screening process. Spring 2023 screenings will be March 6-8th and the group will meet on Thursdays from 2:30 - 4 P.M. beginning March 9th.

Studying internationally is a new experience for everyone, and with new experiences come new challenges. ‘Tea with Jaisy’ is an open group which exists to support our International student community in achieving their goals and making their experience at UNO pleasant.

Body Positivity Group

A group for all UNO students seeking connection and support in their thoughts and feelings as they work toward positivity and acceptance about their body. Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) offer a variety of techniques beneficial to specific areas of the body. The most commonly used are Swedish and Athletic massages.
