Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays | 12 - 1 P.M. | Maverick Village Clubhouse

Body Positivity Group

A group for all UNO students seeking connection and support in their thoughts and feelings as they work toward positivity and acceptance about their body.

Clinical Support Group for Grieving Students

This eight-week therapeutic group is for students who are grieving or have experienced loss, and it requires a screening appointment.

Tea with Jaisy

Studying internationally is a new experience for everyone, and with new experiences come new challenges. ‘Tea with Jaisy’ is an open group which exists to support our International student community in achieving their goals and making their experience at UNO pleasant.

Veteran Success Group

Facilitated by CAPS in collaboration with the UNO Military-Connected Resource Center (MCRC). A social support group for all UNO military and veteran students to connect and laugh through academic challenges and life transitions.

Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) offer a variety of techniques beneficial to specific areas of the body. The most commonly used are Swedish and Athletic massages.
