Find Your Fitness

Campus Recreation & Wellness offers a variety of ways to move, train, and play. Choose from free group exercise classes, personal training options, and a range of programs designed to fit your goals and lifestyle. Explore what we offer and discover the right path to your fitness journey.

Group Fitness

Group Fitness classes offer a wide variety of workouts and intensity levels to help you reach your fitness goals.

Personal Training

With certified personal trainers on staff, you will receive one–on–one individual attention where you can learn proper weight lifting techniques and get more out of your workout.

Campus Rec is the home of a team of personal trainers and Group Ex instructors that are passionate about helping you to achieve your physical wellness goals.

What to Expect in the Fitness Spaces

Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where everyone can train, move, and grow together. Please help us maintain this positive space by following these guidelines:
  • Clean Hands, Clean Equipment: Wash or sanitize your hands before and after your workout or class.
  • Ask Questions: Our Fitness and Group Exercise staff are here to help - don’t hesitate to ask if you need assistance.
  • Share the Space: Be mindful of others by completing your sets or exercises before moving to the next station or piece of equipment.
  • Wipe It Down: Always wipe down mats and equipment before and after use.
  • Be Kind, Be Considerate: Support a welcoming atmosphere by encouraging and respecting others in their fitness journey.

Fitness Program Overview

Our Fitness Program includes weight training, group classes, and personal training - something for every interest and fitness level. Whether you're new to exercise or experienced, we offer the space, support, and structure to help you thrive. 

  • Train your way in our two fully equipped weight rooms, functional fitness space, and indoor track- great for lifting, cardio, and everything in between. 
  • Join group fitness classes like yoga, cycle, and strength training, led by certified instructors and open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. 
  • Work with a personal trainer for one-on-one or buddy sessions tailored to your goals, helping you build confidence, improve technique, and stay motivated.
