UNO's Future Business Leaders of America - Collegiate (FBLA-C) Chapter Wins Big at the Nebraska FBLA-C State Leadership Conference

UNO FBLA-C sent a team of 11 individuals to the State Leadership Conference in Kearney, Nebraska March 29th-30th.

Students pose with their awards at the State Leadership Conference.

UNO FBLA-C sent a team of 11 individuals to the State Leadership Conference in Kearney, Nebraska March 29th-30th. The team had a great time networking, competing, attending workshops, and meeting state-wide business professional volunteers. This event attendance was made possible largely through community (personal and business) donations made through Wear Black, Give Back, UNO’s annual giving day.

With 7 State Champion wins and 21 Top 5 Placements, with 7 individuals qualifying for competition at the National Leadership Conference happening in May in Dallas, Texas.

Savannah Boedigheimer: Future Business Facilitator

Aditi Rai: Technology and Computer Science Case Competition

Josh Varner: Retail Management, Project Management, Foundations of Finance, International Business, Foundations of Marketing

Aubrey Bailey*: 4th- Foundations of Management*, 5th- Foundations of Communication

Daniel Bargholz*: 4th- State of the Chapter (Team Representing UNO FBLA-C)

Savannah Boedigheimer*: 1st- Future Business Facilitator, 2nd- Entrepreneurship Pitch, 2nd- Community Service Project (Representing UNO FBLA-C), 3rd- Public Speaking, 3rd- Business Presentation
