The future of work isn't something we watch happen...

It's something we shape together.

Future of Work Conversations brings together people at different stages of their careers to explore how work is changing, what skills matter most, and how we can prepare for what's next.

Using a shared reading as the starting point, participants engage in meaningful discussion, hear diverse perspectives, and build new connections across campus and the community.

This Year's Featured Reading

The conversation begins here.

This year's conversation begins with Open to Work. The book offers a common foundation for discussing how AI is reshaping careers, organizations, and the skills that matter most. Reading the book is encouraged, but curiosity is all that's required.

The featured reading serves as a common starting point for conversation. Participants are welcome whether they've read the entire book or simply want to engage in the discussion.

Designed for Conversation

Future of Work Conversations begins with a brief introduction before participants engage in facilitated small-group discussions, followed by time for networking and continued conversation. Unlike a keynote or panel discussion, this event is designed to be interactive, allowing every participant to share perspectives, ask questions, and build meaningful connections.

What to Expect

A 90-Minute Experience
