MavCARD Deposit Locations
Students, faculty & staff can make deposits using a credit card, view transactions & manage account settings using MavCARD Online. You can also grant additional access to family & friends to view your account & make deposits.
MavCARD Services has a new app! The new app, GET, offers MavCARD users better functionality and a more streamlined look within our mobile app and website. Some of the benefits of the switch include:

- Save Credit Card Information
- Map Merchants and Check Store Information
- Report Lost MavCARDs
- Upload ID Photos

Money can be loaded to your MavCARD in our office, located on the second floor of the Milo Bail Student Center, Room 216, during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. except holidays). Cash, checks & credit cards are accepted.
We have MavMONEY Cash to Card machines located across campus where you can load cash to your MavCARD.

Peter Kiewit Institute - 1st floor north vending area
Criss Library - main & 1st floor
Please read the Cardholder Agreement before adding money to your MavCARD.
Disclaimer: The cardholder is responsible for deposits made by credit card or checks that do not clear as well as purchases made against the deposit. Returned checks and rejected charge card transactions will be immediately removed from your account. The cardholder will be charged a $30 fee for each returned check, which may be assessed directly against
your declining balance account. The University reserves the right to place accounts on hold in the event a deposit is returned or rejected.
