Biography

Dr. Medeiros is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO) where she researches workplace troublemakers. Specifically, she studies those who behave unethically, push past boundaries in pursuit of creative solutions, commit and report sexual harassment, and the women who break down gender norms and stereotypes to pursue leadership roles.She earned her PhD in 2016 from the University of Oklahoma in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Statistics. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Business from Pennsylvania State University in 2011.She is also the Co-Founder of the ethics consulting firm, Ethics Advantage, where she works with a team to help organizations improve their business ethics practices. She has also consulted with companies on issues related to human capital, including employee performance, creativity, training, and assessment. She has worked with several international companies including Hogan Assessment Systems and NBCUniversal. She is also a Faculty Fellow at Prevention Innovations Research Center where she works on issues related to sexual harassment and assault.Kelsey also authored the book, Ethics Training for Managers: Best Practices & Techniques, which is part of the Giving Voice to Values Series.
