The Future of Work Conversations

Future of Work Conversations brings together people at different stages of their careers to explore how work is changing, what skills matter most, and how we can prepare for what's next.

Using a featured reading as the starting point, participants engage in meaningful discussion, hear diverse perspectives, and build new connections across campus and the community.

The book explores how trade wars have shaped international relations throughout history, with a particular focus on the ongoing economic rivalry between the United States and China. Drawing on economics, politics, and history, it offers valuable insights into global trade policies, international business strategies, and the future of global markets.

The book's author, Craig VanGrasstek, will join us in person to share his insights and engage in a conversation about global trade and its implications for businesses.

Reading the book is encouraged but not required to participate in the event.
