Via TRM Application Portal

Via TRM is an easy-to-use system that allows you to browse more than 1,000 options for studying abroad through UNO, partner universities, and other program providers. You can search by destination, field of study, duration, language of instruction, and general keywords.

Create a free Via TRM profile now to start searching for your ideal study abroad program. Once you have selected an option, you will apply in Via TRM to receive approval for study abroad by submitting a simple application. (Please note that you will likely have to submit a different application directly to your study abroad provider or leader in order to be accepted into the program).

Fall and Academic Year

Shizuoka and Meiji University Exchange: January 15

ISEP Exchange: February 1

MAUI-Utrecht Exchange (Fall, Academic Year, and Spring Priority Deadline): February 15

Other Fall and Academic Year programs: March 1


Spring

ISEP Exchange: September 1

Meiji University and Aalto University Exchange: September 15

MAUI-Utrecht Exchange: Rolling deadline for sites still open for application (priority deadline has past). Final deadline for Spring Semester applications is October 1.

Other Spring programs: October 1

Other Fall and Academic Year programs: March 1


Summer

Faculty-Led programs: Deadlines vary. Most programs have a priority deadline of December 1. All other programs are March 1.
