AIG has a global network of providers with the ability to directly bill to the insurance provider. If you need support, your first step is to contact AIG.

If a major event has occurred that could affect your safety (natural disaster, public attack, etc.), please check in with your family, your program, and the Education Abroad Office as soon as possible. AIG insurance holders have evacuation coverage in the event of an eligible political crisis or natural disaster.Remember that there is a difference between a true emergency and a somewhat urgent situation. Please do not use emergency numbers if you are not in danger, can effectively manage the situation without assistance, or can wait until business hours to contact your program or the Education Abroad Office.
