Every semester, students are selected for inclusion on the Dean’s List and Chancellor's List at UNO due to their high academic performance. For the Spring 2020 semester, 354 IS&T students were named to the Dean’s List and 92 IS&T students were named to the Chancellor's List.

Andrea Wiggins, Assistant Professor, has been invited to speak at a seminar hosted by the United Nations on “Household Surveys in a Changing Data Landscape: Challenges, Opportunities and an Agenda for the Future.” The United Nations Statistics Division and the Inter-Secretariat Working Group on Household Surveys have collaborated to host the seminar in an effort to discuss strategies to explore a new generation of household surveys.
