  • About Us

UNO has a large number of international and ILUNO students who choose to live on campus every year. The process for international students to apply for housing is no different than it is for stateside students.

Applying for Housing

  1. To apply online, you must be fully admitted to UNO and apply through your MavLINK account.
  2. International students typically need short-term or flexible contracts, but not all of our facilities can accommodate this need. Below is a list of facilities and contract options.
  3. All students, including international students, are required to pay a $260.00 deposit/application fee, sign a housing contract, and pay any other fees that may be required by their specific facility. Students submitting a paper application will need to pay the fee upon their arrival at UNO.
  4. The Global Themed Community is located in University Village on the Dodge Campus. This community provides structured opportunities for U.S. and international students to share cultures, gain new perspectives, and make friends.

Please keep in mind there are a limited number of academic contracts available.
