UNO community members 55 and older are invited to participate in an adult fitness program with the UNO Exercise Physiology Lab.
The Adult Fitness Program is a supervised fitness class aimed at strengthening muscle and bone, reducing the risk of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, and falling while enhancing movement quality in everyday life. Participants will meet Mondays and Thursdays from 1 P.M. - 2 P.M. in H&K room 239.
Program costs are $48/semester or $72/semester to include parking. The program includes open enrollment, so anyone interested can join at any time.
