Omaha – International Programs has extended the deadline for the Andy Award! All interested applicants should complete and submit the Andy Award Application form by January 26, 2018.
The Andy Award for International Journalism is a grant program honoring former Omaha World-Herald publisher Harold W. Andersen. This grant awards up to $5,000 to one or more news organizations or individual journalists who propose the best plans to cover a global story of importance to Nebraskans. Freelance journalists, including students and faculty, are welcome to apply with commitment from a newspaper, magazine, or other media outlet to publish.
