Student Application and Enrollment
Online Application This online application may be submitted during the High School enrollment period.
Paper Application If unable to complete the online application, please print and complete a paper application for each dual course you are applying for. Submit the paper application to the high school by the application deadline.
Terms & Policy Agreement Parent/Guardian consent understanding statement (Parent/Guardian will agree to these terms in their step of the application)
Student Privacy Information (FERPA) The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal privacy law that gives parents certain protections with regard to their children's education records, such as report cards, transcripts, disciplinary records, contact and family information, and class schedules. (FERPA Authorization to Release Student Information)
