The Doctorate in Biomechanics and Kinesiology (formerly Exercise Science) is a joint program between the School of Health and Kinesiology and the Department of Biomechanics.

Master's Degree Programs

Athletic Training

A Master of Arts in Athletic Training prepares students for successful careers or advanced academic studies in the field of athletic training by providing comprehensive and progressive studies leading to certification.

Biomechanics

A Master of Science in Biomechanics provides a new understanding of the dynamical aspects of human movement via multidisciplinary research using an evidence-based approach through clinical and translational research. The goal of the program is to prepare students for the workforce and/or pursuing a doctoral degree.

Counseling

Master of Science in Counseling with concentrations in:

  • Clinical Mental Health Counseling

  • Student Affairs Practice in Higher Education - 100% online program

Educational Leadership - 100% online program

The Master of Science in Educational Leadership is designed for the educator who holds a teaching certificate and wishes to complete the requirements for a principal, curriculum supervisor, or special education leadership certificate from area states.
