How can I get support with adjusting to college life?

There are a number of common concerns that college students experience. Counseling and Psychological Services has put together a short list of some of these, along with some basic information to help you help yourself or help a friend. If you feel like you, or a friend, might be struggling in one of these areas then please call and set up an appointment to discuss it further with a counselor.
