Housing and Residence Life provides housing to campus guests each summer as space allows.
Summer Guest Housing
Summer guest housing is available to student interns placed in the Greater Omaha area, visiting scholars, international students, conference groups, and more. Please use the form on this page to request housing for Summer 2025.
*Please Note: At this time, we have experienced a high volume of interest in summer guest housing and we cannot guarantee that we will have availability. A team member will reach out once a form is submitted but, you may want to also explore alternative options for summer housing.
Apartment Types
Summer guest housing is located on the Dodge Campus and the Scott Campus. Each apartment consists of a living room, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms.

Rates and Utilities
Rates are per bedroom, per day, and include all utilities: laundry, water, garbage, cable, internet, electricity, and gas.
Linens consisting of sheets, a pillow, a blanket, and a towel can be provided in each bedroom for an additional fee.
Rates are based on the length of the stay and the size of the group. Our team works directly with individual students or companies and organizations hosting a group of students. Please contact unohousing@unomaha.edu for more information.
Parking
Surface and garage parking spaces are near University Village. Parking permits are required and all guests must register their car with UNO Parking Services. All questions regarding parking on campus should be emailed to UNO Parking services at UNOParking@unomaha.edu.
