About Megan

Hello! My name is Miss Megan Liu, I am the lead preschool 2 teacher for the UNOCCC. I’m a born and bred Nebraskan, raised right here in Omaha. I am the middle child of 3 children. I graduated from Millard South High School in May of 2011 and began attending college at UNO thereafter. I did my undergraduate studies at UNO in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.  I graduated on May 6, 2016 with my bachelors and Early Childhood Endorsement.  I am currently working toward my master’s in Early Childhood Education.

As a teacher my philosophy has always been that children have different learning needs and that those needs must be met in a variety of ways. In my capacity as a teacher I strive to create an environment that the children feel is safe and they are able to learn in without impediment. I look forward to serving the needs of all of the children who come into my classroom and show me the unique ways in which they learn.
