Program Review and Assessment Cycle

Assessment activities are scheduled in a manner that coordinate academic program reviews with the measurement of Student Learning Outcomes (SLO). The Assessment Cycle reflects the seven-year rotation of expected academic assessment activities.

SLO Assessment Preparation Guidelines

This document explains how programs should prepare information about their end-of-program student learning assessments for reporting to the Academic Assessment Committee. A sample report template is included. Learn more about the Assessment Reports.

Assessment Report Evaluation Rubric

This rubric is used by the Academic Assessment Committee to evaluate end-of-program SLO Assessment Reports. The committee provides consultation and collaborates with programs in order to improve the assessment process. The rubric helps review teams to prepare appropriate feedback, and ensure that UNO's programs are successfully completing each portion of the assessment cycle.
