We generate internal, external, assessment, accreditation, and institutional project and survey reports. A collection of the reports located in the digital commons collection can be found below.

Fact Book

The Fact Book presents important campus information in data tables and charts. Included are details regarding students, faculty, staff and alumni. There are a few academic year tables that include information on tuition & fees, student credit hours by program and degree conferred. The reports are generated and available annually (Fall to Spring terms).

ADI

Academic Department Indicator (ADI) reports contain information on instructional productivity measures useful for making comparisons and observing trends. These reports are used as primary source data for program reviews and are published annually in the Fall term.

Enrollment

These reports contain administrative and delivery-site information on enrollment headcounts and student credit hours, as well as demographic characteristics of enrolled students. The reports are generated and available annually (Fall to Spring terms).

NSSE

The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) measures time and effort students put into their studies and how the institution facilitates student learning.

CDS

Participating institutions follow a standard set of data elements and cohort guidelines when filling out the annual Common Data Set (CDS) survey which analyzes various student cohorts.

Graduation

The graduation survey is completed by students when they apply for their degrees. The purpose is to gather information on the students' plans after graduation.

IPEDS

The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) surveys are conducted annually by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). These are mandatory surveys conducted annually (Fall to Spring terms) for Title IV participating higher education institutions with the purpose of collecting institutional data.

Alumni

The alumni survey provides the university information on the lives of students one or more years after graduation and their opinions about various topics concerning their time at UNO and beyond. The reports are generated and made available annually.

Rankings

US News & World Report Best Colleges Data Collection consists of a main survey and other specific subject surveys conducted annually (Fall to Spring terms). These surveys collect a wide range of data from each educational institution and compile and publish its annual Best Colleges Rankings.
