We manage institutional surveys and generate internal, external, assessment, accreditation, and institutional project reports. The assessment schedule tracks important institutional assessment activities, surveys, and projects. This schedule is updated frequently to keep the status of each project current. While the schedule shows key characteristics for each assessment initiative, detailed analysis can be prepared on request.

Fact Book

These reports contain details regarding students, faculty, staff, and alumni broken down by college, rank, level, gender, age, and ethnicity. Information on tuition, student credit hours by program, and degrees conferred is also included.

ADI

Academic Department Indicator (ADI) reports contain information on instructional productivity measures useful for making comparisons and observing trends. These reports are used as primary source data for program reviews.

Enrollment

These reports contain administrative and delivery-site information on enrollment headcounts and student credit hours, as well as demographic characteristics of enrolled students.

IPEDS

The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) conducts annual, mandatory surveys for higher education institutions to collect Institutional data.

NSSE

The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) measures time and effort students put into their studies and how the institution facilitates student learning.

CDS

Participating institutions follow a standard set of data elements and cohort guidelines when filling out the annual Common Data Set (CDS) survey which analyzes various student cohorts.

Graduation

The graduation survey is completed by students when they apply for their degrees. The purpose is to gather information on the students' plans after graduation.

Alumni

The alumni survey provides the university information on the lives of students one or more years after graduation and their opinions about various topics concerning their time at UNO and beyond.

Rankings

The university is ranked on the U.S. News & World Report, an American media company that publishes news, consumer advice, rankings, and analysis.
