Academic Department Indicators (ADI)
Report of instructional productivity measures useful for making comparisons and observing trends. ADI is the primary source data for program review.
Common Data Set: The Common Data Set (CDS) seeks to develop standard data elements to allow for better analysis of various student cohorts while decreasing data efforts at participating institutions. Each participating institution follows a standard set of data elements and cohort guidelines when filling out the annual CDS survey.
Course Evaluation: Overall statistics, response rates, and patterns of results.
Enrollment: Administrative and delivery-site information on enrollment headcount and student credit hours, as well as the demographic characteristics of enrolled students. The purpose of this profile is to provide the undergraduate and graduate enrollments and student credit hour information by college or equivalent academic unit, class, gender, and ethnicity.
Fact Book - Important campus information in data tables and charts. Included are details regarding students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Generally, data are broken out by college, rank, level, gender, age, and ethnicity for both spring and fall semesters, past to present. There are a few academic year tables that include information on tuition and fees, student credit hours by program, and degrees conferred.
IPEDS: The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) conducts annual, mandatory surveys of higher education institutions to collect data on enrollment, admissions, completions, financials, graduation rates, etc.
