Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) (April)
Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) is an annual campaign throughout the month of April to raise awareness surrounding the prevalence of sexual assault in an effort to educate communities on the importance of prevention education, resources for survivors of interpersonal violence, and to increase awareness of campus and community resources available to the University of Nebraska at Omaha community.

Lavender Graduation
Lavender Graduation is an annual ceremony conducted on numerous campuses to honor lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, Two-Spirit, and ally students to acknowledge their achievements and contributions to the university. This year's celebration will be taking place on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 from 11AM - 1PM in the Thompson Alumni Center.
