Refunds & Maintenance Issues
Refund requests and maintenance issues are handled differently depending on the type of vending machine. Please use the information below to ensure the request is directed to the correct provider.

Refunds
Refunds for purchases made at Coca-Cola vending machines are available at either of the following locations:
- Milo Bail Student Center Business Office — Room 216
- Peter Kiewit Institute — Room 107
Maintenance Issues
To report a Coca-Cola vending machine that is not working properly, contact the Milo Bail Student Center Business Office at 402.554.2981.
Snack, Hot/Cold Food, & Hot Beverage Machines
Snack, hot/cold food, and hot beverage vending machines are serviced by Company Kitchen. Refund requests and maintenance issues should be reported directly to Company Kitchen using either of the following options:
- Scan the QR code located on the vending machine, or
- Report a Refund or Maintenance Issue using the Company Kitchen online form.
When submitting a report, please provide the requested machine and location information to help Company Kitchen identify and address the issue.
