"The O" Sushi Role

Ibasho will return to campus for the new academic year on Monday, August 31 with a fresh favorite! Ibasho is introducing "The O" Sushi Roll—stop by and taste the newest signature creation. Product ingredients include imitation crab, avocado, cream cheese wrapped in rice and nori. Topped with maple smoked salmon flakes, Japanese BBQ sauce, sriracha, Hissho signature crunch, green onion, avocado dices.

H & K Cafe - Dining Location

The H&K Cafe has permanently closed for the Spring semester.

Durango's Grill

Durango's Grill serves made-to-order smash burgers, crispy fries, and onion rings.

Now offering even more lunch options, including soups, mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, jalapeño poppers, loaded potato skins, fresh side salads, fruit cups, carrot and celery sticks, additional bread choices, an expanded selection of burger toppings, and other new menu selections!

For Fall 2026, the pizza and wings menu options will move to Maverick Den due to the opening of Godfathers.
