Project requests must be submitted no later than October 1 of the current year to allow for proper planning, budgeting, and scheduling in order to complete a project before the next fall term.
Maintenance Service Request Form
Submit an online form for Maintenance Requests such as: temperature adjustments, door/cabinet adjustments, plumbing and electrical issues, hanging/removing/installing items, etc.
Before you move to another building or office, complete the Move Request form.
Submission of this form initiates fact-finding and review regarding availability of space, feasibility of project, and potential costs.
