CECE (Counselor Education Comprehensive Examination)
The CECE is a standardized, multiple-choice exit exam for students of UNO's Department of Counseling master program that covers CACREP Core Areas. This exam was created by counseling faculty at the University of St. Joseph as an alternative to the CPCE (Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination).
The 120-question multiple-choice paper/pencil exam covers eight (8) CACREP standards. Students have 3 1/2 hours to complete the exam. Currently, there are 126 counseling programs nationwide using this assessment as their comprehensive exam.
The UNO Testing Center administers the CECE on dates during the year arranged with the UNO Department of Counseling.

CIC (Crane Institute Certification Exams)
Crane Institute of America (CIA) offers exceptional prep courses for Mobile Crane Operators, Riggers and Signalpersons. Programs are designed to prepare students to take the Nationally Accredited CIC written certification exams. CIA is a proud partner with Crane Institute Certification (CIC). CIA is a written and practical exam site for Mobile Crane Operator and Rigger/Signalperson certifications.

IFPS (International Fluid Power Society)
The International Fluid Power Society is the only organization that provides comprehensive technical certification offerings for all professionals in the fluid power and motion control industry.
IFPS certification tests provide an objective, third-party assessment of an individual's skill level. Certifications are portable and recognized industry-wide. Individuals who successfully master a level of competency are issued a credential. To keep pace with changing fluid power and motion control technologies, certifications must be renewed every five years.

ISACA – CISA/CISM/CGEIT/CRISC/ (Information Systems Exams)

NAMS (North American Menopause Society Exam)
NAMS, a definitive resource for healthcare issues relating to menopause, developed a competency examination program to set the standards for menopause practice and assist women in locating clinicians who could provide optimal menopause-related health care. A national role-delineation study defined the content of the examination, which includes tasks that are performed routinely and considered important to competent practice. The examination consists of 100 multiple-choice questions in English and was developed through a combined effort of qualified subject-matter experts and testing professionals.

NCAA (Recruiting Certification Test for Coaches)
Pursuant to NCAA Bylaw 11.5.1, only those coaches who have been certified may contact or evaluate prospective student-athletes off-campus. Each institution designates a proctor to administer the NCAA Coaches Certification (Recruiting) Test to coaches currently employed at an NCAA member institution. Results and compliance with NCAA Bylaw 11.5.1 are monitored by conference offices.
The UNO Testing Center administers the NCAA Recruiting (Certification) Test for UNO Coaches Monday – Friday in the Testing Center Office.
Each UNO coach will be registered to take the exam by the designated NCAA Compliance Officer in the Athletic Department.
PAN (is now PSI True Talent)

The Praxis Series tests are taken by individuals entering the teaching profession as part of the certification process required by many states and professional licensing organizations.
- Praxis Core Academic Skills for Educators (Core)
These tests measure academic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. They were designed to provide comprehensive assessments that measure the skills and content knowledge of candidates entering teacher preparation programs. - Praxis II Subject Assessments
These tests measure subject-specific content knowledge, as well as general and subject-specific teaching skills, that you need for beginning teaching.
