Campus Update to UNO Libraries
Criss Library is partially open with limited access and services.
These plans could change pending recommendations from the Governor or Douglas County Health Department.
Building Hours & Access
Beginning Monday, March 30th, the main (second) floor of the library will be open to MavCard holders. The building will be open 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday for WiFi and study space access.
- Books and technology checkouts will not be available during this time.
- Computer labs will be closed.
Appropriate social distancing of at least 6 feet is required within the library, and enhanced preventative hygiene measures are strongly encouraged.
Limitations may be imposed on total building occupancy.
Important Services Available:
- InterLibrary Loan: Requests for electronic document delivery using e-journals will continue to be filled. Email unoill@unomaha.edu for assistance
- Reference and research assistance will continue, including online chat and asynchronous requests, through Ask-a-Librarian and virtual research consultations
- The UNO Libraries provide access to many resources that are especially helpful to online and distance education students. See:

- Visit UNO’s Keep Learning site if you need a laptop or internet access options
- Printing/Copying/Scanning is available via WEPA kiosks only.
